on the atkins diet, is it ok to eat whip cream? do they make a sugar free whip cream?

It's Ok but you should make it yourself with splenda & heavy cream (whipping cream)

Don't forget to add some vanilla (pure extract) and sometimes a little cinnamon! Yummmy! Jello and whipped cream...think I'll go have some!!!
