Hi everybody!
I'm new and very pumped about getting back on a program.
I'm on day one of the Protien Power Plan and I feel good.
I've done this before about two years ago and managed to lose about 35 lbs. (It's back!)
I'm going to take it easy and focus on the diet for a week before I start introducing cardio and weights.
I feel soooo motivated.
I look forward to speaking to many of you in the near future.
