Hi,

I am new to this and keep seeing Keto Stix mentioned. I bought them and I fell between the 40 and 80 (medium and High). I am not sure what that means. What does medium and high indicate? Am I on the right track? The bottle does not say.

Your help is greatly appreciated!! :p

Hello

the KetoStix indicate that you have reached ketosis and you are burning fat. As long as you register on those sticks you are fine. If you are too dark this could mean you are not drinking enough water..so being in the middle I would assume you are smack on:)
