Have been browsing the site for a few weeks. Think it is great.
Our house (Hamilton, Ont) has been low carbing since Jan. 2001 The 3 of us have lost a total of 131 lbs. Now that I found you will try to drop by more often.

Seems like you're very close to goal. Hang in there, as the last few lbs are the hardest, but sweetest! :)
