Has anyone made the low carb bread from the "the carb comfort food cookbook". I have made it twice and neither time has the dough risen enough to actually come out like a "real" loaf of bread (the yeast IS activiating). Just wondering if anyone else has made it.

You might try goiing to the www.eatprotein.com site and searching.... I remember them discussing it on there...something about decreasing the salt that is used in the recipe... I remember them saying after they did that it came out fine....
