Last time I went shopping I bought a cheap brand of olive oil becasue it came in a large size. It stinks to cook with (stink as in smell bad). I just couldn't stomach making a dresing out of it today, so I decided to experiment.
1/4 cup yogurt
1 Tbsp soy lecithin
1 tsp flaxseed oil
2 packets splenda
1 packet sweet & low
It came out tasting great, all sweet and creamy :) The lecithin and flax probably aren't nessecary for taste, though it may lend some. It goes great over salad greens though :)
