There are many sources. I usually use the carbohydrate counter on the right-hand side of this screen - it's based on the USDA data base and has a lot of information. If I'm not on this site when I think of something I need, I go to the USDA site located at: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl. HTH.

I use fitday.com. I don't know what I would do without it!

Thanks everyone.
I noticed many of you have lost a considerable amount of weight.
I feel like the scale is not going down, but I am confident I am following the diet perfect.
I noticed that i feel lighter thinner and am fitting into clothes that I could not get into.
Is this ok.. does this mean I will lose pounds later?
