Hello! I would just like to thank everyone for all of the information shared on this website. I started the Atkins plan on June 9 and have lost 4 lbs, but I kind of slipped up on Saturday. Had a few margaritas. But, I am back on today and really glad to have a website like this to come to....

There is a thread under 'general low carb' about lc cocktails. When induction is over you can try some mock margaritas and not slip!
