Hi-I'm the person on page 58 of protein power. I get arrythmias everyday anyway and lowcarbing brings them on strong. I can eat 55 net carbs a day however. Lately I have been maintaining on 60-70 net carbs and 2200 cals.

Should I limit calories or just go for the 55 and see what happens? Has anyone here lost weight starting on phase 2? I'm starting tomorrow and not really confident about this. Help!!
