Hey all.. I'm new to the site and re-starting atkins after months and months of being off. I want to do it right this time, I never lasted more than a month or so. Any support or encouragement or tips or just someone to chat with would be wonderful! :wave:

Hi Aries Girl, welcome!

Have a good look around here - you'll find lots of help.

If you have a look at the orange bar at the top of the screen, you'll find lots of tips in "Low Carb Tips." ;)
