I am so proud of myself for finally being motivated to change my eating habits. Just started on Sat. My goal is 100 lbs. My fear- that I'll be the only person that sticks to a low-carb diet that GAINS WEIGHT!!! I mean all the fat in the protein (Meats) I've read how the low carb works but I'm still worried. Looking forward to interesting talk and information here.

Congrats on setting a goal for yourself. For me, that was half the battle. This board is a great source of support and information. Make full use if it and check back often. Another great source of info if you plan on doing low-carb is www.atkinscenter.com.
