Hello everyone :daze: Just joined today, have started a new diet this week, its called exercise, and walking, I have been walking 1.3 miles everynight, also doing 25 crunches everynight, quick drinking all alcohol, have changed my eating habits to, fruit, fresh veg's, cottage cheese, all those things that are healthy for my body, I weight 128 and I would like to at least lose 10 pounds, have not lost anything yet. Anybody have any good ideas as to losing weight.

Yeah - eat low carb. My guess is that means not eating everything you assume to be 'healthy' for your body.
