I am going to give this another try. I tried Atkins before and I

lost weight.

Ppl discouraged me and told me that it was bad for me. I have

been reading all the success stories and I want to be one of

them.

Oh yes, I wish you luck! Please, don't let others decide what is good for you. All people I know on this forum are feeling better on this WOE, in so many different ways. If this was bad - our body would scream.
