Hello there, this is my first day of induction. So far I have had a three egg omlette with salsa and cheese and the almighty H2O.
I am setting up a journal and am currently on week one of a weight training program. I used to be in great shape then came the baby and hence the cravings and bad eating habits and damn they are hard to break.
But I will overcome I mean if I can quit smoking then I can do anything!
here's to my first few days.
