I was on CAD last year and did so well for about a month. I just wasn't able to do it on my own, and I don't know anyone who would be able to be a diet pal. I just discovered this forum and I thought that maybe I could give it another try.

I need support!

Is anyone doing the Carbohydrate Addict's Diet who could give me some help?
