I often forget to space out my veggies through the day, and then I'm stuck needing to get them in in the evenings. Of course they need to be consumed with fat to mitigate the glycemic effect, and since veggies have more fiber when raw, I decided that crudites was the best way to go, but I needed a tasty, somewhat fatty dip. I came up with this:

.25 cup LC cream cheese,
.25 cup Sour Cream
.5 cup real Mayonnaise
Small handful of Thai Basil, chiffonade
Cayenne to taste
1 heaping TBS caraway seeds, toasted & crushed
Garlic powder to taste

possible add-ins: 1-2 drops toasted sesame oil or lime juice to taste.

Mash the first 3 ingreidients until the cheese is incorporated. Mix in remaining items.

Very forgiving... all amounts can be adjusted to different tastes or LC plans. The caraway is an unexpected, neat kind of thing.

Any ideas for other add-ins? I was thinking, perhaps curry and/or coconut flavoring.
