Hi everyone, just wanted to share this really good recipe.

1 portabello mushroom cap...you can generally find them in with the fresh mushrooms in produce
2 tbls tomato sauce
garlice salt, onion powder, and pizza seasoning to taste
small handful of fresh spinach
2 slices of bacon
shredded cheese

Pull stem out of your mushroom cap, and spread your sauce on the inside part of the mushroom. Then sprinkle on the seasonings you like. Then fry your spinach in a frying pan, with just a touch of oil. Set aside on a towel to drain. Cook your bacon, and crumble, drain on a towel. Then layer on the spinach, bacon, and put cheese on the top. Then broil until all the cheese is bubbly and browning.

This is pretty good, and I imagine you could also use cream cheese instead of tomato sauce, or you could even put eggs and sausage on top with some cheese, and make a breakfast out of it! Hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.
