I boiled a bunch of spinach for a stir-fry recipe and rather
than pour out the green water, saved it to drink while
working out. It seemed very refreshing and energizing. I
think I may be on to something... and a lot cheaper than what
they sell at the gym.

thats where all the spinach vitamins are (the boiled water)
