<font face="trebuchetms, verdana, arial" color="orangered">Has anybody on here tried the supplement commonly known as 7-Keto and thought it a worthwhile product to take doing low-carb? I'd appreciate reading any annecdotal information you may have to share.
I have a bunch of other products I'd like information on, including:
Yohimbe Bark
Tonalin CLA
Bitter Orange = Citrus Aurantium -> Norehedrine (with or without caffene and asprin)

cuddlywill, you'll find some information on CLA (Tonalin brand) in this thread in this forum (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=57068). Yohimbe is discussed in the Monster ECA/Thermogenics thread stuck at the top of the General Exercise Forum.
I can't help you with the 7-Keto. There might be a review of it at www.supplementwatch.com I know that they do review CLA, ECA's in general and Citrus Aurantium.

Thank you so much for finding that. Supplement watch confused me when i first went there becuase i didn't think i could gain access without paying. Looks like 7-keto may not be worth my dollars until there's more research.

cuddlywill, I think I realized about a month ago that Supplementwatch.com had a 'membership' area - I'd been using them for about a year before that. I can't imagine what wealth of information they are keeping for 'membership eyes only' since the publicly available stuff is pretty useful (it boggles the mind actually).
When in doubt - or if you want backup info www.wholehealthmd.com has a supplements/vitamin section as well (both of these resources are listed in the sticky at the top of the forum).
Cheers,
Nat
