Default induction almost ice cream

While all of these desserts sound delicious, a lot of the ingredients are ones not allowed on induction. Here's a dessert I made last night using induction ingredients:

6-8 ice cubes
1/2 water
1/4 cup (4 tbsp) heavy cream 1.6g carbs, 204 cals
2 packets splenda 2 g carbs, 0 cals
1 tsp instant coffee mix .7g carbs, 4 cals
total carbs= 4.3g
total cals= 208
All carb and calorie counts come from Dr. Atkins' New Carbohydrate Gram Counter .

Put the ice cubes in a blender and blend until there are no large chunks left. Add the water, cream, and instant coffee. Blend again until it is mixed thouroughly. Do not blend too long or the cream will start turning to butter. The consistency will be almost italian ice-like. It's not exactly ice cream, but it's a good treat when you're on induction.

Default Yummy!

I had this today, but instead of coffee, I added fresh strawberries.

It was sooo good, even my kids and DH wanted more.

I made something similar. I mixxed one scoop of Atkins Chocolate Shake mix (12 grams protein, 1/2 gram carb) with 4 oz cream and a splenda packet. It was down right amazing! I only ate half today and saved the rest for tomorrow since 4 oz is a lot of cream for induction...I figure eating half probably has about 3-4 grams of carbs total.
