Question Hope this was LC

This is the zuchinni I have been having the last couple nights:

I don't know about your zuchinni but right now the ones in my grocer are about the size of a cucumber I know they come bigger than this but that is the size I am using.

Take 1 sm. zuchinni, peel and slice like french fries. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder and italian seasonings.
Heat a little olive or canola oil and fry the zuchinni until done.
Transfer to ovenproof plate.
Meanwhile, fry a small hamburger patty, crumbled until done. Add to 1/4 cup LC tomato/speghetti sauce of your choice.
Pour over the zuchinni.
Top with cheese of your choice and broil until brown and bubbly.

ENJOY with some steamed vegeables or a small salad.

Any ideas on the carb count? Crossing fingers that this was LC bcause it was GOOD.

Looks like the sauce was the highest in carbs.

I checked 1/4 cup of hunts sauce because that has no sugar and that would have been 3 carbs. Cheese 1 carb an oz and zucchini is about 1 carb for a small one.

So not bad.
