After pondering the many Atkins products at my local market, I decided to purchase a can of the powder shake mix to have in a pinch AND after having read the desert idea on the side~~~>
Which suggests to mix 1 scoop of powder (I have the chocolate) with 4 oz. of whipping cream and freeze for a frosty treat.
Well, instead of the directed "whisk" for mixing I broke out the mixer and in a matter of seconds had a big chocolate glob in my beaters. I added drops of cold water from the sink while continuing to mix until I had a nice bowl of chocolate pudding. Added in a tsp. of my favorite DaVinci SF syrup for sweetner and OMG was it good. Filled me up, took care of my sweet need and gave me a major protein boost for the night.

Has anyone done this or anything similar with the protein shake powders??
