Or....you can buy sugar free ketchup, add liquid smoke, splenda and garlic - BBQ sauce! Even my non-lc friends like this.

I will try this one for sure. I grill ALL THE TIME, but I've been longing for messy, saucy ribs. I just tried the Atkins BBQ Sauce and it was awful. It tasted like super-sweet fruit punch!! Maybe it will be better as a marinade, with a little galic added.
