Trader Joe's tends to get them in pretty regularly these days, as well.

Trader Joe's and the Wild Oats Community Market in Scottsdale, AZ carry these tortillas (I called up the stores)! I am going on vacation there in two weeks and it's good to know I can have those as opposed to most poolside fare that I can't eat.

They are great! You can put anything in them and they turn out good.Sometimes I deep fry them and spinkle them with garlic powder, cayenne and paprika.Served with salsa.
You can pan fry them too.
There's a recipe in readers recipe under snacks.I'm going to try it soon.Beats PORK RINDS!

Yes, chenevy, I agree. The tortillas beat out pork rinds any day. My husband COULD NOT BELIEVE I was snacking on pork rinds once.

Default low carb tortilla's

In south Texas you can find them at Krogers, but not in the regular tortilla isle...they had a rack all to it self...Someone had told me to ask the bakery and that's what I did....

I love the whole wheat ones, but the garlic/herb or garlic/onion (or whatever they are) were HORRID

Thumbs up Tortilla Shells

Just recently got my order of LaTortilla shells, and I couldn't be more pleased. They taste great and only contain 3 grams of "active" carbohydrate on the fajita sized and 6 grams on the burrito size. As an added benifit you get 9 grams of fiber on the smaller size and 15 grams on the larger. I'm using them as a wonderful bread replacement. Ranch chicken wraps, low carb wet burritos, or just melting cheese on them.... Would recommend them to anyone beyond induction.

Nutritional breakdown can be seen here

Hey I agree!!! In fact, I'm amazed at how many of the low-carb products are really very, very good. I've purchased lots of the products from the Atkins site and, since starting hard on this LC thing, I've kept my eyes peeled at every healthfood store I've been in. I've tried many, many products and am really convinced that this way of eating is going to be very easy due to all the great products out there!

Default tortilla pizza

I like these things. Have tried the wheat and garlic/herb ones.

Local supermarket sells these. Just learned today that the purchasing manager at the store is on Atkins, so hopefully more LC items will show up on the shelves.

I like to take a tortilla, add a little tomato sauce, peperoni, cheese and put in the microwave for a minute or two.

Great faux pizza.
