I am going to be more committed to doing and writing down my exercises!!! I want to be able to look back and see how I accomplished my goal.

Weight 138.5 this morning. haven't riden the bike in about a week and a half...Did leg lifts tonight.
Will start focusing more on the exercise again...that is what really helped me for FEB progress pic.

Been far to long since I worked out.
I want to get this going...this will make me feel so much better about my overall health! I am lacking in this department, but NO MORE!
Work out planned for today:
30 mintues cardio
10min pilates
5-10 min weights
(having sinus trouble with a headache but am not going to let that stop me)
weight today:143
Looks like I really need to do something different here!

Hi. It's such a struggle to get started back exercising. I've been struggling with the same thing. But I find if I push myself for about 2 weeks, it becomes something I look forward to doing again. I've heard great things about pilates. I have some hip trouble and have been thinking about doing pilates to try to help it. Good luck!

Smile stopping by to see how you're doing...

Great news on getting a weight machine. Is it a universal, if so what does it include? I have a Marcy universal, it's very old but still functional. I'm happy to see you so motivated-- and happy to report I am too!! I took a peek at your measurements in your journal and saw where it was suggested to take CLA-- are you going to try it, and if you do, let me know what you think. I have taken it in the past, I was taking 2- 1.5 grams daily. I have heard it does help get rid of bodyfat. The biggest problem is their price-- ouch! Well, keep motivated!

So nice to get a visit from you . Glad you are getting back to working out. Taking time off is good sometimes. Now you're ready to get back to it. That's great!
