Default Ketosis-Prengnant?

Could being in Ketosis somehow give you a postive result on a Preganancy test?
Does one have anything to do with the other?

I don't think so. A preg test will show + because your urine has the hcg in it. The only other times it's + without being preg is if you have a hormonal imbalance (too much male hormones) or if a man pees on it!! Some of the tests form evaporation lines that appear a certain time after the test is done. It needs to be read within the time it says.

Good Luck
Holly

If you are pregnant, you should probably go to the lifetime maintanance, or what ever your plan calls it. Keotines could harm the baby is what I was told.

Read the Atkins web page. They have articles about Keotenes and Pregnancy. There is also a book from a mother of twins who stayed LC Atkins, just on maintanance while she was pregnant.

Keep up the LC. Being a healthy weight and healthy in general will increase your chances of concieving and having a healthy baby. Be sure to take Prenatal Vitimins, not just a multi vitamen. As soon as you discover you are pregnent switch to maintanance and enjoy a healthy pregnancy. There will be plenty of time for weight loss after
