Talking Porridge for brekkie? try this one

3 tbl LC protein powder
3 tbl ground flax
pinch salt
2 tbl AS
3/4 C water

mix till smooth and heat in micro or on stove top till warm

flavour with
1 Tbl butter
cinnamon
AS
cream if you like

It is yummy and damn near fills the porridge compartment

actually I have discovered that if you pour 3/4 cup of boiling water on it and stir quickly to get the lumps out , it is just as good and very quick and easy .
