Default Cran Water

Now to make the cran water you get 2-32oz containers and put in 4oz in each and add 28oz of water. The cranberry juice should last you for a few days to make your cran water.

I made it last night and it is rather good.

The nutritional information assumes that you are consuming the pulp as well as the juice. The breakdown on this is more likely to be the same as "light" cranberry juice -- juice that has no added sugar. That is 10g carbs per 8 ounces.
