Wink pork rinds

hi
I just bought some pork rinds and I have some chicken in the house. Can someone please let me have a good way of making that into a great meal? i know to crush the rinds, but how do you get it to stick to the chicken? egg? and do you fry or bake?
one more thing? what can i put into ground meat to make it tasty for burgers (sans buns) ...for induction????

Default HI

I used egg to "stick" the pork rind crumbs. It was pretty good.

I had a burger tonight. I melted a slice of cheese on top and then added bacon. I always season with garlic and black pepper but sometimes add in a few drops of Tabasco to the meat for a little extra kick. Tonight I used a couple of big, thick iceberg lettuce leaves folded in half as a "bun". It was fabulous! I didn't even miss the bread.

I use lettuce to also make "lettuce wraps". One of my favorites is to use Tyson's grilled chicken strips and to lay them on a big old lettuce leaf, add some slices of pepper jack cheese, some chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, sliced avacodo, and then drizzle it with Ranch dressing... then roll the lettuce up around the fixins and have a pita type sandwich without the pita bread! Very yummy! You can similarly do any regular sandwich - using mayo and the meat etc... using lettuce instead of bread.
