My doctor recommended avacados and yams for calcium as well.
He said not too many yams because of the carbs, but avacados
are great. I'm allergic to milk, so I also get mocha mix.
Also, make sure NOT to get Calcium Carbonate. It doesn't
digest nearly as well as Calcium Citrate. The stuff that my
doc sold me is Calcigard 250, AMNI (Advanced Medical
Nutrition, Inc.) The bottle has www.douglastabs.com on it.
Make sure it has Vit D too, that helps absorb the calcium.
Good luck!
