Default Big Sigh of Relief!

I stayed the same this week. I'm quite happy about that for the weigh in following a holiday week.

I had some minor indescretions for Thanksgiving (the stuffing called my name. LOL!) but overall I did pretty good.

How did everyone else do?

molly

Hi Molly. I hear ya on staying the same after a holiday. I'm TOM this week so no weigh in for me this week. I'm showing a 2 pound gain. Normally I show +5 at this time. Where's everyone else? Well good luck to you and I'll see you next week.

Default what can i eat?

Hi!

I guess I have (many) years of bad eating habits & now that the pounds are not sliding off because of my decreased metabolism I am more prone to "allow" myself a carb.

Bad me.

What are some meal suggestions for people with no time?

Loss of 1/2 pound but I guess I shouldn't complain.

Hi Dorothy,
Did you ever think to make some food ahead of time? Like on sundays I made a ham or turkey. That way I can have ham slices with breakfast, ham salad and ham for dinner. If you can pick something you like and make a big thing of it. Then whenever you are pressed for time you'll always have something legal to eat on short notice. The turkeyand whole chicken work best for me, but I have even done it with a big meatloaf. I work alot of 16 hour shifts and it helps me alot. Just something to think about. Have a great night.

Wink Congratulations Molly every bit helps. Jay is back on low carb again

and that means two cooking styles for me.
I've lost 17 pounds since I returned from Hawaii,
after the fall I could not eat. So off came the gain and then
some.

Keep up the good work.

Love,
Barbo

Default Thanks Miss "B"!

You are doing great too!
You are going to have to go shopping soon for "skinny" clothes.

Default WEIGH to Go Amber!

Sounds like CAD is workig for you.

When I was on CALP on averaged my weight as the Hellers suggested --- still do.

I think you get a truer picture of what you weigh & it smooths out those water gain highs & lows.
