Diet coke has nutrasweet in it, and for some nutrasweet is a stall food. Then again for some others, it is perfectly fine. I think blue cheese dressing is AOK, check the label. The carbo lite bars are another YMMV (Your mileage may var) food, some people it stalls, others it doesn't. I usually have about two a week. The last few weeks, I've cut out the little nutrasweet I was having (Jello cheesecake), and just stuck to the 1/2 carbolite chocolate bars here and there. I don't know if it is just coincedental yet or not, but I've lost 6 pounds in the last 3 last week, where as the 6 weeks before I had only gone down a net of 2.5 pounds.
Sorry I couldn't be more exact, but everyone is different - you will have to find out what your body can and cannot handle.
Snack foods: low sugar beef jerkey, pork rinds, hard boiled eggs, almonds, peacans, macadamia nuts, cheese, pepperoni. Visit the kitchen area on the board, many more ideas there!
