Pumpkin seeds, seasoned
Hi ho --
I took this from Fran McCullough, =Low Carb Living=
2 cups hulled pumpkin seeds
2 Tbs Soy sauce
1 Tb Olive oil
2 Tsp Chili powder (I used a homemade rib rub instead)
1 Tsp Garlic powder (her recipe calls for less)
1/2 Tsp Salt (her recipe calls for 1/4 Tsp)
-- Preheat oven to 350
-- Add all ingredients together and stir
-- Place on a cookie sheet, baking x10 minutes, stirring once or twice
