Them added a spoon of whipcream and put it in the fridge. Total heaven.......it taste sinful, should not be allowed on any diet.

Tanya -- I did something similar last night! I wanted that cheesecake taste in a hurry, so I blended 2 oz cream cheese (warmed in micro) with 2 tbs sour cream, a smidgen of lemon juice, vanilla and Splenda. Yummy.

Yours sounds even better, though. I'll have to get some of that chocolate. What do you look for in a LC chocolate? Can you find it among the usual baking things in the market?

Hi rhu, I use the 'pure delight' chocolate. I have seen it at walgreens, GNC, vitimin world, someone said they have seen ti at wal-mart. Very low on carb and no sugar. The chocolate is soooo good. I use it in shakes for chips. Good luck, it was pretty good.

P.S. Pure delight are kind of expensive......$1.99 for 1 bar at walgreens.
