Hi Nicky,
The best thing about Low carbing (apart from the weight loss  ) is that it puts you back in control of what you eat.
Thaose dreadful sugar cravings and impulses to pig out just seem to disappear.
I suggest you decide on a plan - there are some links at the side of the page about which plan is right for me, then get hold of the relevant book and give it a darn good read.
Once you know the plan, stock up the cupboards and the fridge with the right foods, and banish all illegal ones
Whe n you start it will be tough going for the first few days while your body detoxes all the sugar, but take it one day at a time and be strong.
This way of eating will help enormously at controlling that emotional eating. You just need to give yourself a chance.
