Hey Jeff, you can get keto strips at any pharmacy, just ask behind the counter, thats where they keep them. GNC has them too, but a lot more expensive. Also, GNC on germantown pkwy and dexter has bunch of Keto products in. Just got them in. Check it out.

Smile Kroger!

Kroger brings back memories, we don't have one here we have Publix which I think is a lot like Kroger.

The Keto strips you can find at Walmart or drug store in the diabetic section. And yes you have to tinkle on them. When they start turning purple you are supposed to be in full fat burning mode. I hope I'm not telling you anything wrong that is what I read anyway. But, I'm curious about this I understand it is dangerous for a diabetic to be in ketosis. So why is it good for us to get there. I need to do some research on this.

Good Luck

Kathy

My friend told me about the possible issues with Ketosis,? Probably worth looking into. Thanks for the info on the keto strips. I am curious if I am in the burning stage or just consuming tons of calories, you know... Time to sleep, playing in a golf tourney in the morning in Senatobia, MS :-)

I've been reading alot of the forums alot of different opions on ketosis. I'm new to this forum thing I kinda get lost. I'm off work tomorrow I'm wanting to try some of the recipes I found. The fried chicken rolled in crushed pork rinds. I not crazy for chicken but curious to see how it turns out. And I'm going to make some SF Jello my dad used to eat it he was a diabetic. It taste as good as the regular jello. Can add whipped cream that you whip with whipping cream.

Hope you hit a hole in one or what ever is good in golf.

Good Luck

Kathy
