I had a little setback last month just doing normal daily activity. I don't even know what I did to aggravate it. This past weekend I was on my knees a lot - laying down laminate flooring in my house. That didn't seem to cause any issues the bad knee. I still have some pain daily and a minor limp sometimes. It's kind of become my new normal.
What I've decided to do is to push hard to strengthen my knees at the gym. I'm thinking that weak muscles supporting the knee are my problem and I need to tighten things up. Last night I did 3 sets of squats and a few other knee lifts to failure. The funny thing is, I walked into the gym with a slight limp and noticed that my knee felt better (no limp) heading back to the car. This morning the knee feels better than yesterday, so perhaps I'm on the right track. I'll keep this up and hope for the best. Thanks for asking, Demi.
