I am eating a flax muffin every morning besides my omelet. It is an enjoyable experience for me to have a muffin with my coffee! Ken, I am now adding 1 T. of pumpkin...I saw that on one of your posts in your journal. I make it in a tall coffee mug and get five slices out of it (each slice is the size of a half of biscuit). It kind of looks like a sponge, and does not taste anything like what I remember a muffin tasting like, but it works for me!
I eat it with some cream cheese. I am also eating some granola I bought online that I think looks like dog food, but it is delicious! I eat the granola for lunch. I add a half of an avocado and some nuts for a snack and finish out the day with a piece of meat and some veggies. I alter this meal plan sometimes, but that is mostly how I have been eating recently. I feel full and I love the tastes!
Breakfast: 7 carbs
Lunch: 2 carbs
1/2 Avocado: 2 carbs
1/4 cup almonds: 2 carbs
Dinner: 4-6 carbs
All are net carbs
