Rare Chuck, Chicken Breast, eggs and Blob gravy. I heard you're not supposed to eat chicken and eggs. I did and am here to tell you it was pretty good and I'm still alive and kickin' bbawwaakk!

This was aimed at no one. I'm just here to provided entertainment value. And post pictures of food I eat sometimes.

The usual suspects, plus some pork butt steaks and fresco cheese (not that great a cheese but thought I'd try)

Leftover canned wild Alaskan salmon mashed in mayo with a boiled egg and some "Southern Slaw" (finely minced cabbage, green pepper and onion) and a teaspoonful of horseradish. And a cup of coffee with half and half (switched back from the nut milks; it's just not the same without cream).

I had a Thud-inspired mish mash of an egg salad, really using up what is going bad in the fridge - sick so not hungry really. Egg salad w/tomato, avocado, mayo, garlic salt, pepper, and sauteed spinach. I couldn't eat it all so it will be lunch. High octane coffee/HC. Couldn't finish that either.

Thud, seriously, you should publish a cookbook of Eclectic 1 Plate Meals!

Two eggs fried in Kerrygold butter and a tall cup of coffee with almond/cashew milk. (A woman's prerogative to change her mind - kind of. When I can get the So Delicious organic unsweetened almond/cashew milk, I do. I like that. Lost my taste for their coconut milk, at least in coffee.)
