My version of the "Big 'Brefest" as Shaq used to say...

- 9 oz 27/73 ground beef patty (why? 36oz walmart package cut in quarters - I'm lazy)
- couple chunks of rare chuck
- 2 messed up fried eggs
- blob gravy (fat from 27%fat beef, ACV, Flax meal, sour cream, chili paste, water

Calories? Who knows. Carbs. 4-6 net carbs I'd guess (eggs,sc,flax, chili)

This morning I had leftover chicken salad without the chicken (I ate it all last night). Mostly mixed greens were left over, so I added in some olives, pickle and grape tomatoes. Tossed in ranch dressing. I also had a large mug of decaf coffee lightened with So Delicious almond/cashew milk. I've been switching over from half and half and really like this stuff.
