I think it does, I cut it pretty thin and look for parts that have big fat ribbons in them. So thin, rare, fatty, cross grain make it pretty easy to chew. I was considering not cooking it and seeing how that goes too.

A small avocado cut in half, sprinkled with lemon juice. A tall cup of decaf coffee with almond/cashew milk and a dash of cinnamon. It was easy, filling and delicious.

Two eggs & shredded cheddar scrambled into some left over taco beef. It didn't look very appealing, but that's not what counts. Good food.
