Smile Hello

I have just joined this forum. I recently ( July 29, 2017) married and moved from Kentucky, USA to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. My diet went out the window...oops hahah ( no more Poutine!) and now I need help to get back on track. I don't know where to find anything here!

Ah yes. Poutine. I only learned about that a couple of years ago during a visit to Toronto. It is beginning to invade the U.S. Conquest by Carbohydrate, right?

But then, Kentucky isn't exactly a paragon of healthy eating? As I recall, it used to be known as Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Congratulations on your marriage. Marriage can be fattening for both partners. But now is your chance to establish a new pattern for the two of you that will sustain your good health for decades to come.

Just hang out here. Click around. You'll find out what's what.

Best wishes.
