I think the reason there aren't a lot of people on this forum following Wheat Belly specifically is because it allows some other who grains and also beans and fruit. Most low carbers lean toward plans that eliminate all grains and beans because of the carbs. Wheat Belly is more for the elimination of wheat, not necessarily carbs.
Having said that, I notice there are many people posting here who do their own tweaks on popular plans, and it is accepted by others. Do whatever works for you.
Thank you for your warm welcome and advice. I definitely will find some time to start looking at poster's journals; like I said earlier, it's way more interesting and encouraging to read about real people following whichever plan they adopt/adapt than reading about how to do it in books or online.
