I keep going up and down a pound around the same weight the last few weeks. I think my body just needs to stabilize for a bit and that's alright, especially since this is really not a bad weight for me and around where I've been most of my adult life. I do have some fat I'd like to lose yet, though, so I will keep on and try to get motivated to start some weight bearing exercise again to get more fit.
Jams, yes...patience and the scale is not the only measure of success! How are your clothes fitting, etc.
