OP all day. No breakfast. Roast chicken and broccoli for lunch. Steak and green beans for dinner with 1/2 cup blueberries and strawberries with sugar-free whipped cream for dessert. Uptick may be due to eating dinner late. Or, it might be inflammation from doing plank exercises. Hopefully it'll drop back off quickly.
Hope everybody in the U.S. has a wonderful -and safe - Fourth of July. Don't burn anything down with your fireworks and be extra careful when lighting them not to injure yourself or anybody else!
