Hello everyone. Glad to be here. My goal for this month is to lose 3 pounds and get totally back on track for a ketogenic WOE. I was doing very well but then had a move which really set me back. So no crying over spilt milk. I'm here to move forward with all of you by my side. Thanks to the host for having me and I'll try not to be a pain..........lol.
I am always afraid to post goals, too much failure at meeting them in the past. My goal has been to get under 90 kg, which I nearly made last week. This month , I'd like to stay under 90 , most of the month.
