Have not eaten yet, I too IF. I am excited about today foods I just went shopping and bought steak, shrimp, chicken thighs, pork butt steaks and kerrygold butter. I also got an eighteen package of eggs.
I plan to take it one day at a time. I tend to have severe sugar binges if I feel deprived. As long as i feel well and enjoy the foods I will continue. I may end up doing an alternate day thing having some salad or veggie?
I was planning to it till Sunday but I might go for more if I'm feeling okay. Sometimes I miss cheese, I could literally live on cheese before and sometimes I want to eat some flaxseed bread or a salad, mushrooms, an avocado!! Your plan of ulternating days looks great so we can do it this way and post here to support each other!!

It's going well. I had coffee with a little cream this morning and then an early dinner of steak, shrimp and 2 eggs scrambled with butter. I will eat a little more later today if I get hungry but I doubt it as I still feel very full.
I'm at home getting ready to sleep as I have to work tomorrow morning. It's past midnight here I'm not sleeping early
My day was great and I'm fasting since 5 pm which is awesome as I don't feel hungry!!
I'll be working one shift tomorrow so I think I'll have dinner at home and will have one meal at work.
How do you plan to do your weigh ins, daily or weekly?
