CHRISSIE.... 'THIN ENOUGH' is not too th in. WHat others tell you means ZERO. If y ou want to lose more then do it. You are in the stall that PAULETTE was plaqued with. The plateaus are considered such woth no movement for 4 months so you are getting there but you do not have to wait and make it official. You pickes your carb nite. Make certain that you follow those rules when doing it. WOrd of advice is not to eat yourself sick. Enjoy the spikes. Plenty of proteins and carbs.. no to little fats until very late in it when you are going tostop, so plan ahead. I know it is for your birthday so you can plan your meal in advance..fir in the 8 hours max. I know you have read the book 4 times by now! It is not a hard thing but it is so different and takes thought.

Never thought of hair tied back as a NSV but you are right! PAULETTE>>> PINEAPPLE??? TOO FUNNY!!! Enjoy searching for foods to have!

KATHY.. hope the dinner was great and most important was the reason!!!

Have not weighed in yet.I had soooo much sodium in that boullion!!! My mouth is still parched. COughing a lot less TG and less congested in general.

not sure if the post went to cyber land or not..... forgot to write down Jodi's weight today... baadd mommy. not hungry at all and tuna did not appeal to me. Will have boullion again and the heck with the retention.Have to recheck BP and deal with that as primary.

Back to exactly square today. I hope this means some downward movement, but since I am expecting TOM sometime in the next week or so, who knows??!

I can sooo relate to hiding in my hair! I really like wearing ball caps and bandanas when outside working or running around, but hated to show my chin(s) and neck...... not so much of a problem area now.

Congrats on the new low Paulette!!

Chrissie I lol'd at "Stable Mates"--- thats a type of little plastic model horse I used to collect way back when.

Kathy I hope you had a nice dinner with your son--- looking forward to seeing mine again in about 45 days when he comes home for the summer between semesters..... Then fall BOTH kids are heading off to school in Idaho.... sniff.....

If you read this late tonight/early tomorrow Cricket I hope you got some well-deserved rest, and your BP is all settled down for the count!

Congrats on the new low, Paulette!

So sorry you are in a stall, Chrissie. I know how frustrating that can be, but if you give up, that weight will creep back on sooner than you think. Just remember Paulette's extremely long stall and that fact that she never deviated from the Plan. (I have to admit she is a much stronger and more dedicated person than I probably would have been....but it seems to be working for her as the scale is moving now.) When I get in the 170's, I always slow in my weight loss. I'm hoping with the better weather, I can get more activity and avoid that from happening. However, if it does slow down, I know I need to keep on "keepin on" or the weight will be right back!

Jodi is doing great this game!

I'll get back on tonight. I worked (at work) really late last night as I needed to print as I was working and there was too much stuff I needed to reference that would have made it hard to do from home. I'm trying to get required health insurance forms out by the end of the month (for Obamacare) and I'm trying to coordinate the computer system since it is a new process. I don't want to leave this go until the last minute, so I'm planning to work the weekend to get it done. I apologize if I'm "short winded" the next couple of days.

I a up 3.4 from my CN yesterday. I hope it passes quickly!

CHRISSIE - Hold on and be patient. I know how frustrated you are, but be thankful the weight is STABLE and not zig-zagging up & down!!!!! Stable is AWESOME being so close to goal. If it was to go up from flux, I'm afraid you may have a conniption fit, freak out and die! And your first CN is coming up, too! Be prepared to see it go up from that. It will be water storage only. It will pass when the keto starts again. Be sure to eat very very low carb. The lower the better. Keifer says under 30 net, but that is awful high in my eyes. Eat none if possible.

BARB - take care and get your insurance work done. I hope it is not too stressful for you. You are such a busy person.

CRICKET - How are you feeling? I hope you got some rest and are able to eat something today.

HIMI - Congrats on being square! I hope today lets you pass it up!

A loss! Maybe I can again see my previous low of 179.9...... soon?

Hang in there Chrissie! Last time I saw 179.9 was Feb 7th-- over a month ago-- and in between I went from 179.9 back up to 187.6 then back down with some bouncy stuff along the way--- I WISH I could have just been stable!!! But the body will do what the body will do. Clothes still fit, and are now getting looser, so I assume there was/is some remodeling going on-- its all good!

I asm out the door t drive my "big loop"-- then off to pick up a bunny I bought from a breeder in Kansas City MO-- meeting transport in Lansing luckily so a SHORT trip!

Good morning. Water balloon here. I have mugs of boullion so the inevitable as happened. Stragely it give me major diahrrhea but after that I ALWAYS retain uge replacemnt waters. Go figure. I put back my ring and it is tight today. Am up in numbers and still the same in clothes as far as I can tell.

BARB... crazy busy lady.. post as you are able. We know your heart is in the right place.

HIMI... you really travel fro the bunnies.. still waiting for Bonnie BUnny's hutch to be completed..UGH.. Careful driving! You are correct with the body doing what it wants.. and all we have to do is aim it in the right direction!

PAULETTE... not bad at all for water.. Hope it leaves fast. I am nervous about mine getting off before the net one on Tuesday. BUT the crowd had said it will average and not always be a weekly loss. Will see. SO.. was it chicken dumplings???

Have to go to town later and get some things done. Coughing up a stom of wet slog today. That is beter than the dry hacking cough.

HIMI - Congrats on your loss! I hope you get back to your low SOON! You have waited a long time to see it.

CRICKET - no chicken & dumplings for me. We had no more chicken. I had to scrounge for stuff to eat. Did not eat a dinner at all! Just snacky stuff. I feel bad because I got barely any nutrition. This week will make up for it as I am making sure I get enough protein and vitamin-filled foods. My next CN will be much better planned. I have the stuff for it already.

I will finish reading and catching up later but I just wanted to straighten something out with you Cricket. Actually the reason I said I was going to have like a CN nite is because you always say the CN solutions plan is very similar to Atkins so I actually took the time to go through your other site info as well as the posts from you and Paulette and the others to research how to go about the CN nite in the correct way. I wasn't planning a free for all night. I looked at it like I don't want to leave Atkins because it works for me so since it's similar to CNS I should maybe try to make my off plan time similar so as to hopefully minimize the impact of an off plan few hours the way you guys have seemed to do. I also went to the CNS site and other blogs and websites. As it turns out I did all the research for nothing because in the end I decided to just eat only salad and ranch with iced tea and 1 bite=1/4 of a breadstick. You know me when I eat off plan I own the crap out of my actions and fortunately I am able to overcome any setbacks they cause...I was just actually inspired by you guys and the similarities of the plans. I know if I able hit a major plateau that I can't overcome I will really get the book and put in the "work" needed to really learn the plan and join ya'll but I didn't feel I should even try to do it for even an evening without getting the book so I just choose to stay on plan...I hope that explains my comments and I apologize if I offended you or anyone else...

KATHY - Congrats on another loss for you! - It's great you decided to refrain from the pasta. Otherwise I suspect the loss would have never appeared. I took no offense to your mention of CNS. The plans ARE similar in the meat & fat days. The weekly CN is the only difference. But it requires 6-8 hours of carb consumption with at least 3 spikes needed. That gets the hormones cycling. One meal is not enough. Low fat meals are required early as there is still the chance of fat storage when loading on carbs, but fat can be added later in the night. That is the gist of it. It is great that you continue to have such awesome success with Atkins AND net carbs. You never cease to amaze me.

Paulette: The CN gain normally leaves pretty quickly for you, so I hope you can get back down to your "low" soon.

Himi: This has probably been a slow month for you relative to weight loss. At least you are back to your weekly start. Hope you get to a new low soon. Congrats on the new bunny! You'll have to let us know the name as soon as you name it.

Kathy: You did great eating out and the scale reflects it. Hope you were able to get caught up with your son. Does he have a job lined up back here or does he have to start looking for something?

Cricket: Hope that cough gets better for you! The woman who works beside me has had it for almost two weeks now. She never really had a cold, but has this cough that seems to be hanging on. She went to the doctors right away, but it still didn't take care of it. I've been hoping I don't get it as I can't afford to miss any work. Once I get this project done, the budgets need to be completed and I don't even have the data yet to look at the wages. I was supposed to get it in early March, but haven't seen it yet. Plus, we are supposed to have another computer upgrade on the 23rd and I haven't even started testing.....it looks like it's not going to get done, and I'm not going to worry about it. I can only do so much! It's going to be a long, tough month for me! Just looking forward to our Myrtle Beach trip in May.

Chrissie: Hope you're hanging in there. Hoping for a big whooshie this weekend for you!

I'm going to go into work really early in the morning so I'm not sure when I'll be able to update. We have tickets to a concert tomorrow night about 90 minutes away so we are planning on leaving around 3P. I'm hoping I get home in time to update before we leave.
