I a up 3.4 from my CN yesterday. I hope it passes quickly!
CHRISSIE - Hold on and be patient. I know how frustrated you are, but be thankful the weight is STABLE and not zig-zagging up & down!!!!!
Stable is AWESOME being so close to goal.
If it was to go up from flux, I'm afraid you may have a conniption fit, freak out and die!
And your first CN is coming up, too! Be prepared to see it go up from that. It will be water storage only. It will pass when the keto starts again. Be sure to eat very very low carb. The lower the better. Keifer says under 30 net, but that is awful high in my eyes. Eat none if possible.
BARB - take care and get your insurance work done. I hope it is not too stressful for you. You are such a busy person.
