Great ideas everyone! This morning I had two eggs fried in bacon fat, and four skin-on chicken thighs, and two black coffees.

I changed the recipe a bit for me, chiefly:
*I omitted the honey (used some brown sugar twin, and a packet of stevia instead),
*dropped the coconut oil to 1/4 cup (CO shreds my insides if I eat too much, I was scared of it LOL)
*didn't have cocoa butter, so used 1/4 cup of BACON FAT YES I DID!!
*used 1/2 cup of natural almond butter to replace the other 1/2 cup of fat
They are soooo good. Melt in your mouth with crunch in them. I really love the texture but it might not be for everyone. And no, you cannot taste the bacon fat. It tastes a little smoky, but that's about it. I've ordered some food-grade cocoa butter and hoping to make these with that when it arrives
Maybe could use butter as well instead of the bacon fat if you are eating dairy.
It made like 24 very rich square bar things, not sure of nutrition, but someone could very likely plug it in.
