Down 2.8 lbs today!
The diuretic seems to be working.
And I lost a whopping 7.6 lbs this week.
Still a lot to go. My ankles STILL are puffy.
The nurse said I had cankles.
Ed is feeling so much better. He DOES have a prescription for his reflux, but the other night it came up and he breathed it in!
With his bad lungs he was in terrible pain and could not stop coughing. He has been eating very simple foods yesterday - chicken soup and bran cereal.
CRICKET - I am saddened to hear about your poor dogs!
I don't even know what to say about it!
How terrible and tragic. I sure hope you can do what's best. I know you will make the right decision.
And how the heck did Cookie manage to cut her eye??? I hope she is OK! At least it was above the eye!
I hope JODI cowers under that noodle you are unpacking just for her!
KATHY - I sure hope Chris is chosen for the job.
You must enjoy working so darn much.
I would be so burnt out after a week of it!
I hope that maybe after Chris gets his job you will be able to work a little less to easy your burden.
What a great Christmas gift that would be.
HIMI - I will congratulate you in advance for the excellent week of losses you have managed.
I lost a lot but it is all water, I swear. YOU have lost regular lbs that COUNT.
I hope today you have another loss to add to your tally!
CHRISSIE - I hope you are losing even though you won't be able to record it!

This afternoon is the Packer game. It is a 3:30 game. We are all going to watch it at the bar.
But I am not going to partake of the food because I am roasting a chicken for lunch today and I will be full of wholesome chicken!
If they have celery and dip I may partake of a bit of that. I really want to try and stay away from highly sodium-filled things. I am sick of the edema and now that I have a little "helper", I may be able to succeed in that!
